Meet Bess
Bess is the cow on the bottle. She leads the herd on our pasture, and the milk in every bottle is theirs: whole, pasteurized, not homogenized, from one farm.
Milked at 05:40, bottled by 06:30, on your step before 7. We don’t homogenize, so the cream rises. Shake it, or don’t.
